It was still the middle of the night. I was considering who I should ask about leaving early. Should I approach Sara's father or Sara herself, maybe her mother? I took my chances and decided to ask Sara. It was one in the morning, probably not the right time to approach anyone, but I could not wait, and I decided to go see if Sara was awake by any chance.
I also had to get rid of the guards. I was considering killing them, but where would I hide the bodies in this foreign land? In Sara's family garden? I was not in a tacky movie, where killing a vampire just leaves the dust on the floor. There's blood in our veins, and our bodies are very similar to humans, just much more powerful. So it's not an easy thing to kill someone unnoticed. I
