The night was horrible. I was tossing and turning and waking up with nightmares. Seth was chasing me in some dreams, and I could not get away from him. He would grab and bite into my neck, draining and killing me. I woke up numerous times from that dream and fell right back into the same or different nightmare. Sometimes I heard the cries of the woman. I drained and then saw her lying dead on the floor. Lea was coming and going in every dream but would not say a word. She would just peer at me with her sad eyes. She would come in and out of focus and would not talk to me. I kept waking up and sweating, then falling back into the grip of the nightmare.
It was dark in my room, very early, but I could not endure this torture anymore, so I got up and turned the light on.
