Amelia went through the note that Emma had left, she had rushed to see Ashton, Ashton said that he had an emergency so she went to see him but then there was something on the note about dinner plans with Melanie that night, Amelia thought about it but she was not yet ready for that, she already had started her day badly and all she wanted was to finish working so she could go home and have a nap before doing anything else, so she took her office phone and dialed Melanie’s office number.
“Hey Mel, can I see you in my office please? It will only take a minute.”
“Of course, I am coming right away.” She said and hung up, a few minutes later, she walked into her office, a smile on her face, one thing about Melanie, and she was always smiling.
