Swimming in the pool with the speaker blasting my music. Feeling eyes on me I froze when I saw Jason. Clary's Jason. Walking out of the pool I asked, "How did you get here? How do you know where we live?" Jason shrugged, "I have connections. Hey I was just checking on you, heard about everything going down and wanted to make sure you were okay?"
I looked at him with my left eyebrow raised, "You don't even know me, why would you be checking on me?" Jason smiled but I saw right through it, "Alright fine, busted. I really wanted to do a follow up. I know Clary asked but I got to know, is Duncan going to hurt that siren." I looked at him, "Like I told Clary, no. But can I ask why you concern yourself with everything my mate does? You seem like your pretty hung up on him."
