It was strange to see Isadora again when I had been there during some of her private questions with Aaron, without her knowing about it.
She was shocked when she first saw me, and she stared at me in open mouthed awe as I approached her at Alpha Walker's side.
"What did you do?" she asked him, without looking away from me.
"Something unforgettable, apparently." I looked down at my feet in an attempt to hide the blush that had spread across my cheeks. "We need to talk to our new friend; I hope you don't think we're being rude."
She raised her hands and shook her head.
"By all means... I am not going to question you. After everything that has happened over the past few days, I don't think questioning you is the right thing to do."
