The sun was shining brightly on my face when I awoke. The sliding glass doors were open, and the white curtains were blown by the wind, making the whole atmosphere more relaxing.
I heard that someone was taking a shower inside the bathroom. I'm pretty sure it's my mate, Alpha Romano, because I can feel him around. His scent lingered throughout the room, satisfying and making me happy that he was there near me.
I slowly got up and walked down the bed. I quickly put on my mate black t-shirt that was hanging on the edge of the sofa, inhaling his scent and stretching my body. I'm exhausted. I get tired easily after Anaya has gone. I feel like I've lost half my strength, but I get energized whenever I feel my baby's heartbeat inside of me.
