Meredith trudged into the house, a look of surprise hitting her face when she found Reid still sitting. A look of relief washed over his features at her sight.
“Meredith,” he stood up.
“We need to talk,” Meredith said simply.
“Yes. I know I should not have fought with your ex,”
“It wasn’t your fault Reid and for the record he was not my ex. He wanted a fake relationship and I was just stupid enough to develop real feelings for him only to be disappointed. You want to take that walk to the forest now?” She questioned.
“Now?” He asked in surprise.

“I think it’s better if we do it tomorrow. How about we go to the café downtown? My treat,” he offered with a small smile.
