Monday morning arrived faster than she anticipated. As she pulled her Jeep into the furthest corner of the parking lot, Meredith wouldn’t stop wondering what she would do if she saw Brian. He had flat right rejected kissing her in front of the popular guys and it hurt so badly. She got out of her car and turned to lock it up. Why did it bother her so much anyway? He was popular and she was a nobody.
“Hi,” She jumped startled, turning to find Brian standing awfully close to her. What shocked Meredith however was the fact that he looked like he hadn’t slept for days.
