CHAPTER TWENTY
Neither Brian nor Ace showed up in school for the next two days and there were speculative rumors that Brian and Meredith had already broken up. Meredith had tried calling him several times but he didn’t pick up nor did he reply the million texts she sent him. It bothered Meredith more than she could care to admit. She was currently lying on her bed, flat on my stomach as Vivian kept on ranting the reasons why she should go to Ace’s party.
“Come on, you are dating his younger brother. Don’t you think it’s a least bit courtesy to show up?” she tried the lamest of all reasons.
