When I got to the mess hall, I thought I might be lucky enough to disappear into the noise and sit with my team like normal. I was wrong. Alpha Hunter was waiting just outside the doors. He was leaning casually against the wall, hands in his pockets, posture relaxed. Too relaxed. Like he belonged there already. Like he had every right to be wherever he wanted.
