Miranda led me to the meeting hall, where I noticed many people gathering and slowly walking inside. As I stepped in, I saw a desk and chairs arranged on the stage, while others sat in chairs around the room.
It didn't take long for me to realize that everyone in the room was from Vincent's pack, including Addy.
“What’s going on here?” I asked as Miranda guided me to the stage.

“This book is where you write down their names, and this book lists the available jobs around town. The last book is for recording your decisions,” she explained.
