Eclipse cried out when Warren struck her harder, her eyes widening in pure shock. I bet she didn't expect it to burn the way it did. Still, she bit her lip and didn't beg Warren to stop. He hit her harder than usual, testing her limits. Her endurance suggested we were far from reaching them.
Warren's hands tightened around the flogger in excitement. We'd always pictured Eclipse as someone easily broken, sensitive, and in need of protection.
