Along the way to the hotel-Mau hotel that Mauricio booked me to, I was starting to have second thoughts about leaving my babies behind. I miss them already, and I am not sure if I might relax the way I want to.
"Roger, can we get some McCafé while we on our way? I would really love some." Roger is driving me to the hotel. We first made sure that my baby got to school before I driving to the hotel.
"Of course, signora. Would you like anything else?" He asks, driving into the McDonald's drive through.
"Just coffee, and I will be fine thank you, Roger." I didn't even have breakfast. I don't feel like having food.
After receiving and paying for my McCafé, I take my first hot sip. The last time I had caffeine was before I found out I was pregnant with the twins. I
