Valentina’s pov
For some reason my brother asked to meet me for lunch, after the last lunch date we had I was hoping it wouldn’t be interrupted again by Candice, or that I would bump into my baby daddy. I didn’t go out and about often, so it would be just my luck if I did.
I got to the cafe safely without bumping into anyone I didn’t want to, and Gio was there already. He had ordered for me, and the food arrived not long after. He knows I have been craving their spaghetti alla carbonara with garlic ciabatta.
