Santiago and his jack a.ss of a friend Giorgio thought they were clever. After I slipped to them that there would be conflict in their perfect little friendship, they didn’t bite at all. Instead, they got that moron of a detective to look into me.
My life was clean. They would find nothing because I had covered my tracks well, and I was the only one who had proof of my numerous dalliances as a mistress to rich businessmen.
