Davina did not show it on her face, but her mood was completely ruined. She did not want to have that conversation or argument with Calandra. It was a waste of time and energy. Davina stormed back to her bed chamber, where she plopped on her bed and grabbed the nearest book. She wasn't planning on doing anything else for the rest of the day. Victori stayed next to her, silently waiting for Davina to lash out and curse at Calandra. But to her surprise, Davina quietly laid on the bed and continued to read. Eventually, she dozed off with the book on her chest. Victori shook her head. Davina was way too good at surpressing her emotions. If it was Victori, she would have not held back at all. Instead of words, she would have used her hands and feet to show Calandra who was boss. Not a sin
