The whole day passed by. We spent the day with laughter and lots of Maria's food. It felt like how a happy family should feel. At evening Maria went back to her house. She left early today to pack her things up. She's going to stay with us from tomorrow because it will help her to take better care of Kizie..
Soon the night has fallen and we both went to sleep for the night. Max was sleeping in our room. I don't know why he is so protective over Kizie. I'm having an amazing feeling by tucking Kizie inside my arms and sleep. I kissed her forehead before saying goodnight and we have soon fallen asleep peacefully.
At midnight a crashing sound made both of us jump awake. Max started barking too. Kizie got scared by hearing that.
