After faking her illness, Brynn rented a car to drive to Manhattan and cussed Jurnee the entire drive. She doesn’t drive in the city because she says the drivers are impatient. “I’ve always hated this damn place,” she turns her nose up, looking at a brick duplex house. “Welcome home, Brynn. Back to f*****g reality.” She rings the doorbell, looking at some kids in the street riding their bikes.
A beautiful older blonde woman opens the door. She freezes for a few minutes. Brynn hasn’t been there in years. “It must be bad since you couldn’t wait for me to go there to see you.” She looked at Bryn walking into the house.
