(Hannah's POV)
The crowd around Rebecca is three people deep.
I'm watching from across the exhibition floor. Journalists, investors, engineers — they've been orbiting her for forty minutes. One of the tech reporters has his phone out. Recording. Another is scribbling in a notebook. A woman from a science publication is gesturing with her hands while Rebecca listens with the kind of patience that looks effortless.
Just a while ago, nobody knew her name.
She was Sean's invisible wife. Who brought coffee and cleared plates and sat at family dinners absorbing insults like they were weather.
She was nothing.
