Meeting Amy - Again
Dave saw her before I did. “Hey, isn’t that Amy over there?” he said, as he stabbed a finger into my ribs, causing me to grunt.
This was the second week since we’d been back from the Easter break. I hadn’t seen the girls the previous weekend because I’d promised my parents I’d come up and see them for a belated birthday celebration. We were waiting to go into a lecture room when Dave noticed Amy talking to an older lady. At that moment Amy noticed me looking and to my surprise she smiled and waved. The lady she’d been talking to also turned and I saw it was Jenny! Professor Spencer’s wife. Jenny cracked a big smile, and walked over to me.
