Addison’s POV
Phillip was very excited when he got home. He looked so happy that it made me happy, too. He picked me up and swung me around. “We might have a lead on her,” he told me. I already knew he meant Tammy, and I couldn't help but get excited.
“Seriously?” I asked. It was almost too much to dream of; I hope he's right. I wanted this whole mess to go away. I felt trapped at home. I wanted to leave, but I was scared to do so. After Valerie told everyone she could where I lived, I couldn’t put myself, or Corbin at risk. I felt back for the men always here to look out for us. I am sure they were sick of being here all the time. They probably all thought I was paranoid. I want, no, I need this to be over with.
