Aura's POV :
We were glad that King David agreed to help us. But that would only be needed if we don't have any other options. Drake was looking at me all the while, but I hardly gave him eye contact. I started resisting that I must not be spellbound in romance. And he better needs to stay away from me until the coast clears.
After they left, I turned towards mommy and explained my plan.
"As you all said, the queen is very gentle and cares about her pack. So my first move will be to get inside her pack safely. "
"How are you planning to do that?? It's not like they will accept anybody inside their pack so easily. There would be a thorough check even for their pack wolves' mates from another pack. And if they find who you are, then we are done for good." She hissed the last part.
