The moment I had gotten out of the shower, I was greeted by a black wolf with red eyes, and it was around the size of my wolf. It didn't look angry or anything. It was just staring at me. I looked around to find Jace but the door was wide open. I immediately scanned the bed and found it empty. Without much thought, I have shifted into my wolf as well.
I had relaxed my senses a bit and sniffed the other wolf as I circled it.
"Nina...." I mindlinked her.
"Hi Damien." she mindlinked back.
I immediately rubbed myself on her neck and her wolf let out a low rumble of satisfaction. Grace had walked in to the room and let out a small gasp. Nina immediately reacted and stood in front of me.
