The next day arrived and I started preparing everything that I needed for the dinner date I was planning on surprising Nina with. I bought some fairy lights, candles, roses, and even ordered steak for tonight. I left it with Jace and the rest to fix the house up while I was out for work. I dreaded going to work because going to work meant seeing Nina with Jerome again and I don't think I could handle seeing the two of them together. They're not doing anything wrong, but the thought of knowing that they're tied together hurts me more than it should be. I can't help but think if that's all our love meant to her. I'm not blaming her since she could be under an enchantment.
