Brent’s POV
I arrived at Jacob’s house and he was not alone.
There he is. And her mother.
Jacob was standing at the doorway with his arms on both side and he looked like a mother tiger forbidding anyone to come near its cubs.
Anabel, his mother was trembling as she stood outside. I bet she heard about what happened to come here.
“I said leave!” Jacob growled at his mother who jumped from his roaring voice.
I hissed and went out of the car, walking towards Anabel.
Jacob’s eyes are red, his alpha taking him over. His wolf in control and I am guessing that he barely got a hold of his humanity by now.
