Sasha met me by the garden. “Where’s Rico? Why are we in the garden?” I asked as she led me to the pond. “Rico is tending to some Beta business. We are going to be doing meditation. Your mind needs to be strong as well. If not your powers could consume you.” Oh yea. Rico mentioned something about meditation. “Ok so how would I go about this. I have never meditated before.” “Trust me it was hard for me in the beginning too. Basically you sit and connect your mind to the energy around you.” She said as she showed me how she sits.
