Hero’s POV
I woke up early to plan a special date for just me and Jessabelle. I wanted some time alone with her. ‘You just want to give her the chance to mark us like she did with Leo yesterday in his office.’ Loki snarked at me. I rolled my eyes at him. ‘Like you wouldn’t want that. If she marked us you would be connected even more to Midnight.’ I countered. He let out a huff.
I finished setting out the blanket and some clothes for us. Sasha told me she would bring over the basket with snacks and drinks for Jess and I to enjoy. I was feeling Leo trying to mind link me. So I opened my mind to let him in.
H: What’s up big brother?
L: Shianna is back. We are meeting in Zero’s office in 15 minutes.
H: Alright, I am on my way. Give me an extra 5 minutes. I am out by the falls right now.
