Selena's POV:
I thought back to the butler's words last night, "You'll understand everything in the morning." I had a growing sense of foreboding.
I left the bedroom as fast as I could, and ran to my father's room.
I ran to the door of my father's bedroom and knocked on it a few times. No one answered. "Dad, it's Selena. Are you in the room?"
As soon as my voice fell, the sound of something falling came from the room. It seemed that there was someone in the room.
I was worried that something had happened to my father. As I was about to turn the knob and enter the room, the door opened from the inside and the butler's face appeared before me. "Selena," He said.
"It's you?" I asked curiously, seeing he open the door for me. "What are you doing here? Is my father in the room?"
