By the time Thomas and Lance made it back to Victor and Andy's location in Florida, Lance's wounds had almost completely healed. As they pulled into the neighborhood for the house where they had set up their base, three wolves stepped into the street, blocking their path. Thomas stopped the car, letting it idle in the middle of the road. He looked at Lance for a moment before turning back. The house they were headed to was at the end of the street and was straight ahead. There was movement on the porch of the house as two men moved down the steps. One of the wolves in front of them turned as the wolves moved down the steps of the house. His lip curled up as he growled, turning back to the car.
