“Okay, you all know the plan now,” I spoke loudly, as to be heard over the muttering group of former and current Alphas. “We are not killing Christian. We are only going to rough him up a little bit to convince him to step down from his position. We just have to show him what we could do to him if he doesn’t do what we want.”
There were many sounds of agreement among the crowd as I stepped down from the ledge I was standing on. We were gathered in a cave in the rogue territory so that nobody would see a bunch of Alpha entering someone’s packlands and get suspicious. Even though we had a lot of us here, it wasn’t enough for the council to take action and force Christian to step down from his position. Because of that, we were going to take matters into our own hands.
