Within a few minutes after finishing, Christian was fast asleep. It wasn’t surprising since marking someone—especially a human—drained them of their energy. Placing a kiss on his cheek, I climbed out of the bed and headed to the closet, grabbing a change of clothes before hopping in the shower. I wanted to wash the scent of s*x off of my body before heading out of the room to go have dinner.
