Mira's POV
The next day I woke up early to meet Alvin. I needed to beat Jemima to her own game and report her intention to him before she acts out.
But they were already together and she was flashing a bright smile that was obviously fake. I rushed over to them.
"Good morning, Mira," Jemima greeted as if she was a saint. I ignored her and turned to Alvin.
"I have something important to tell you," I said.
Jemima must have sensed my next move and began to act up. " I don't feel too well. Shall we talk later in the evening," she pretended to be in pain then left.
