Rose’s POV
Today, I’m going to bake. I haven’t done it in so long, and I miss it. I picked up some ingredients yesterday, and was writing out some recipes I want to try. I invited Penny to come over later on and try my creations. Now to get started! Mr Business is meowing and winding in between my legs. I give him a treat. That will keep him occupied. First I need to make a big batch of brown butter. I’m going to use it in my classic chocolate chip cookies, and in a new cupcake recipe I’m working on. I open up the butter and heat it on the stove. While that’s melting, I begin prepping my chocolate. I prefer to use whole chocolate bars that I’ve cut into pieces myself instead of chocolate chips.
