Rose’s POV
The next day after breakfast Dean takes me to his office.
“So unfortunately today is going to be boring.” He says. He walks over to the bookshelf and pulls out a book. Then he grabs a laptop and turns it on.
“Oh right, today is the financials.” I say. If you can imagine, I didn’t go to school much growing up. But I did manage to get my GED, so I’m not completely stupid. However, math was never my strong subject.
“Yeah, but I just want you to see the different businesses we have and how we get our money. Now, some of it isn’t above board. Like gambling, loans, and guns. But I’d say more than half is completely legal.”
