We were sitting around the table waiting for the Alpha to speak and I was beginning to feel somewhat nervous about what was going to be said.
Sadie looked like she wasn’t too bothered and I could not help but wish that I was more like her in that sense.
He opened his mouth to start to speak when his eyes suddenly went a dark colour and it was as if he were talking to someone on mute. I could not hear any words coming out of his mouth but it looked like he were in a deep and serious conversation with someone..
“I have to go. I apologise. We need to attend something.” The alpha said while looking sternly across at his beta who nodded and followed him out of the room.
