Chapter Eighty-Four. Rescue. Hannah’s Point of View. Laid on the floor, I waited for the pounce of Anna’s wolf, and sure enough it came. This was a dangerous move I was using, and I could feel my mate’s utter terror. But I couldn’t think about that right now. My concentration was fully focused on the approaching wolf. I must time this to perfection. Just before the wolf’s paws hit’s me, I reached out and grabbed a leg in each hand and pulled them apart in opposite directions with all my might. The wolf let out an ear-piercing howl, as it fell to the floor. I know that this move had severed the arteries to the heart causing the wolf to have a heart attack. But still that b***h was not dead yet. I could leave her here in agony, until nature took its course. I don’t though. I show mercy.
