Alisha sat next to Chloe as they talked over the different aspects of overseeing so many packs. The relationships she had forged throughout the years, those that were strong relationships forged on the battlefield and through years of built-up trust, and those that were flimsy, and could easily be broken. Chloe explained how she walked the tightrope, between keeping the packs in order, and lifelong friendships, without lording it over them, unless absolutely necessary.
