The water of the beautiful Coniston Lake laps the small sandy inlet, pine trees fill the bottom half of the majestic mountains before the rugged peaks turn to gray stone. The mountain range surrounds the area of outstanding natural beauty, a tourist hot spot, that will soon turn into a nightmare of epic proportions. Ged stood side by side with Alpha Sam, the Cockermouth Alpha, both of them watching and waiting, with a mixture of anticipation and nervousness at what was to come.
