When I wake up it is dark. I must have been out for a whole day. It takes me a few minutes to realise that there is something over my head, and by the sound of it, I am in a car. I wiggle around, trying to understand my surroundings. I quickly decide against it. What if my abductor is around and realises that I have woken up? I decide to pretend that I am asleep and just listen carefully, trying to hear any voices or sounds which can indicate as to where I am or who took me. At first, I consider it a joke. Just Kate playing a prank on me, but the more I think about the situation, the more I panic. I never did apply for a job in ‘Geko’. That is not even a shop. I can’t believe I was so stupid and naive?
