It’s a good thing I know not to panic. I stand frozen before the two men who seem to be mortified. Without thinking I turns around and quickly dash up the stairs. I don’t look back, but I can hear on of the men say, “get her.” When I reach my room I swiftly lock the door. I can hear a pair of heavy footsteps making their way upstairs.
