Anita's POV
The letter from Westbrook is a game changer. I can't find him anywhere but it's time I did the correct thing, another conversation that reverses what I said out of stupidity.
"You seem off today", Carol says approaching me.
"How off?" I ask.
"Very off are you sure you okay, today you don't have that trigger happiness"
Perhaps she is right I might have lost my happy charm. And I just know how to get it back.
"Am actually joyful"
"Okay girl, catch you later", she says leaving me behind.
Am walking aimlessly in the school compound trying to find Jake. I would have asked James but he seemed like he was not in the mood and Jake isn't picking up the phone, neither is he replying his texts. Is he ignoring me already? Maybe his girlfriend might have answers.
