The drug Alexander gave me to use on Amanda was meant to trigger a female wolf into heat, causing her to shift. Her fated mate would respond to the heat and shift as well. He would be unable to control his protective urges for his mate.
I stood by my shocked parents and watched as the two hostile wolves jumped onto the table, growling at the staff. David even snapped his jaws like he was going to attack.
It was shocking to see. Everyone in the restaurant was watching. I could even see a few people with their phones out recording.
