Alice pov I woke up next to Ulric in a room that was familiar but not at the same time. I looked around groggily, noticing absently that the light was streaming in through the windows. This was the second time I woke before Ulric, and I couldn’t help but smile down at his adorable sleeping face. He was laying on his left side, facing me as he slept, and I leaned up to look at his wound. It looked painful, but it was healing fine.
