Jake, the paramedic’s Beta calls to inform me that Uncle Frank, Vincent’s wife and son and five more of our pack families were involved in an accident. Carl and I rush there, and it is really bad. There are already four fatalities. The paramedics are doing their best.
Carl and I exchange looks when Jake informs us that Xena told him that the helicopter is not available. Could it be? I shake my head. There is no way.
