The weekend was perfect. I got to meet Kevin’s aunt, uncle and their son too and they were all really nice, but we needed to get back to college, so now here I was, Monday evening in my room studying. Kevin was nice enough to leave me alone for a few hours to study for my classes. We didn’t have time on the weekend, so I needed to study now if I didn’t want to fail at the end of the school year. I wanted Kevin to be proud of me at every step of our way.
I finished around eight pm and I missed Kevin already, even though we were in the same apartment. I walked out of my room to find him. He was sitting on the couch in the living room quietly looking at his phone, but he stood up when he saw me.
