Thirty-Eight: Prince Declan             With Fiona gone, my life seemed to exist in meetings. I followed Grandfather from one meeting to the next. Meeting men in suits with faces that all blurred together. Talking about important things that of which I couldn’t recall. I had nothing to look forward to. No one to care about. I barely saw my siblings. I had no time for my friends, who were all at school anyway. That was why I was more than a little concerned when I had six missed phone calls from Kenna. She wanted us to meet at her family’s estate.             I’d spent much of my time growing up there. When I arrived, I was greeted by a butler. “Prince Declan. Lady Kenna will see you.
