"And if I don't? Besides, let's clear something up right now! I only have one damn mate, Alpha Michele'! However, we are having a trial separation at the moment. Nevertheless, I am confident we will work through our issues. So I don't fit into your definition of single or unmate. So I shouldn't have to attend some stupid Mating Ball!" I replied, giving him back plenty of attitude.
