Aria’s body was taken by two of the warriors and burned outside of the forest, away from the pack house and it’s members. Archer called Lucia and Angela into his office, informing them of what had happened and that Melita was dead. Lucia had broken down into tears, but Angela had remained composed, holding her sister up as she nodded her thanks to her Alpha. ‘Elia? How is she?’ she asked softly. Archer nodded sadly, ‘she’ll be OK’ he replied, ‘she just needs some time, we are just lucky it didn’t send her into early labour.’ Angela nodded stiffly, ‘she’s a strong girl, Alpha, I have faith that my niece will get through this, but how we, as a family, will live with what Aria became?
