Ammon keeps staring at me unblinking, I thought since he never brought up the topic of the events that took place during our split, he would never ask, turns out he was just waiting for the right moment. He's studying me closely, as if not wanting to miss even a single blink of something that might give me away. if I lie, he will be able to tell instantly.
I clear my throat and open my mouth but can't form any words to say, so I clump it shut, pursuing my lips.
