HAVEN My cheeks grow warm with embarrassment but Aamon lightens the mood with his loud laughter. I can't help but smile and punch his shoulder playfully. "Hey! I haven't eaten anything yet. I was going to make a sandwich." His laughter slows and then he links his fingers with mine. "Come on, I'll cook you some food. With that rumbling, I highly doubt a sandwich would do." I glare playfully and he smiles. He says I'm always hungry no matter how much I eat. Duh! The food around here is always delicious. Not everyone is lucky enough to have their meals cooked by professional cooks every day.
